Jeffrey Capoeman

Jeffrey Capoeman Jr. joined the Tribal Administrative Services team at FSA in 2025. He brings over five years of progressive experience from his tenure with the Quinault Indian Nation, where he served as Budget Manager and various key positions within the Finance Department. Jeffrey’s expertise encompasses grant management and compliance, accounting, financial forecasting and planning, policy development, strategic planning, indirect cost rate development, and economic development.

In addition to his role at FSA, Jeffrey serves on the Board of Directors for Toptana Technologies, Inc., a tribally chartered corporation of the Quinault Indian Nation.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from the University of Washington and a Master’s in Professional Accounting from Seattle University. Jeffrey was raised on the Quinault Reservation and currently resides there with his wife and two daughters.
